The standard way to route callers to the contact center or workforce is through phone. We offer phone channels in many locations, serving many different types of clients.
This allows you to route calls using the public switched telephone number, also known as the PSTN.
You may also route calls to the XACT network using SIP trunking. A special trunk is configured between your SIP-enabled switch and ours to allow you to pass calls seamlessly over the Internet to us. We can also use this trunking method to return calls back to you from our system.
