Job Description

An Inbound Customer Care Professional is responsible for fielding inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests and inbound email requests in a fast paced, dynamic environment from our call center facility in Unity, ME.

Scheduling

This position is full time or part time, up to 40 hours per week to start. Evening (after 3pm) hours and weekends (daytime, afternoon, evenings) required.

Requirements

- Must speak fluent English.
- Be able to type 35 words per minute or greater;
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Be able to sit for an extended period of time in a chair.

Pay Grade

This position starts at $8.00 USD per hour for all new candidates. Maximum pay for this position grade with seniority, tenure and experience is $13.00 USD.
