Executives and Officers

  Sharon Grossman
Nashville, TN
  President  
 

Sharon began her teleservices career as manager of operations for Ryder Financial and Communications Services. She was primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a contact center involved in nationwide money transfer operations. Sharon left Ryder to become Vice President of Operations for A+ Communications with responsibility for the Teleservices division for eleven years.

As President of XACT Telesolutions for the last ten years, Sharon has been a pioneer in the development of the virtual call center and the XACT business model, which incorporates site based and home based agents in a seamless network.

  Lynn Fick
Nashville, TN
  Senior Vice President/CFO  
 

Lynn has been with the company since its inception filling a variety of roles within the company including  operations, sales and human resources. 

Currently, her role is that of CFO and Senior Vice President. Her areas of responsibility  include oversight of the administrative functions of the company. With 30 years experience in the call center industry, Lynn provides a broad depth of knowledge to the company.

Lynn lives in Franklin, TN with her husband, and her two dogs, Sheba and Bailey.

  Richard Riga
Orlando, FL

Richard (Rich) manages the Support, Development, IT and Human Resources groups within XACT. Rich, and his team of Support Specialists, helps manage and maintain all vital systems within XACT. Rich enjoys a constant and consistent challenge, and enjoys creating new technology to create efficiency and improve productivity.

Rich started in 1995 with SCI in Portland, ME. SCI was acquired by XACT in 1998. Rich also serves on the Board of Directors for a not for profit animal rescue.

Rich resides in Orlando, FL with his three Labrador Retrievers, Kaia, Malachi and Machaela.

William (Will) joined the XACT team as an agent in our former Baltimore, MD facility 8 years ago. Since then, Will's determination, spirit and drive to succeed has allowed him to climb the ladder of success at XACT. As a former Operations Manager of Education Services, Will understood that the bond of technology and team work was the ultimate recipe for success.

Will resides in Baltimore, MD.

  Kathy Gray
Milwaukee, WI

As Director of New Business Development, Kathy is responsible for establishing new account relationships. A 20 year veteran of the teleservices industry, Kathy is responsible for consulting with each of XACT’s prospective clients and developing customized solutions that enable XACT’s clients to lower their operating costs and improve their business processes.

Kathy resides in New Salem, WI.

  Gail MacQuaide
Plainfield, NJ
  Director of Resource Management & Quality Assurance  
 

Gail has spent her adult professional career in the call center business. She has worked for large and small call centers, as well as successfully consulting to the industry. Joining XACT in 2000, Gail helped in managing telecommunications. Her ability to resolve complex issues coupled with her tenacity makes Gail the ideal candidate for her role at as Director of Resource Management and Quality Assurance at XACT. We operate 24x7x365, and keeping both the customer and XActs needs meet on an hourly basis, not a daily basis, is our objective said Ms MacQuaide. Beside her duties with XACT, Gail serves on the board of PCO, (Plainfield Community Outreach) a 501c community service organization. She and her family live in Plainfield NJ.

  Angela Bennett

  Manager, Customer Service and Care  
 

Angela (Angie) has had the pleasure to work in the call center environment since 1996. 

She loves interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction and that all their needs are met.  This position is not only challenging but rewarding and it is great to be a part of such a wonderful team and company.  They truly bring out the best in all of us.

Angie resides in Unity, ME with her husband, two wonderful children and her Labrador Retriever.

  Shanna Carrier
Orange County, CA
  Manager, Quality Assurance  
 

Shanna has worked with XACT for almost 9 years. She started originally in the Billing Department and transitioned to Quality Assurance, where she was promoted to Manager in 2008.

She enjoys gardening and reading. She also enjoys charity work, mainly with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, inspired by her Grandmother and Mother, who were survivors.

She lives in Orange County, California, with her husband Michael.  They are huge animal lovers and have several of them.

 

  Marianne Kramer
Baltimore, MD
  Manager, Education & Operations Design  
 

Marianne has been with XACT since 2001 where she began as an agent. She has since moved throughout the company in various roles and positions including Supervisor, Trainer, Training Coordinator and currently as an Operations Manager.

In her time with XACT, she has assisted or led teams for all types of projects and accounts including inbound, outbound, webchat and email based. She resides in Baltimore, MD with her family and adorable one-eyed cat, appropriately named One-Eye.

  Colleen Starr
Orlando, FL
  Manager, Telemessaging & Dispatch  
 

Colleen started working in the call center industry when she was 16 years and a Navy wife from there worked at several call centers learning new positions at each one. Colleen has worked as an agent, supervisor, trainer, assistant manager, operations manager and currently is the General Manager of Telemessaging and Telephone Answering service teams.

Colleen lives in Lake Mary, Florida with her husband Tim, mother, son, daughter in-law and their newest addition -- their new grand baby Kaiden. Colleen enjoys outdoor activities such as jet skiing on their lake, watching Tim work on his boat and playing with their several dogs.

  Tim Starr
Orlando, FL
  Manager, Telephone Answering Services  
 

Tim started in the call center industry in 1989 originally as an Emergency Red Cross operator in the first Gulf War, working in several different capacities from Sales to Operations management. Tim obtained his CDL drivers license and worked as a long haul truck driver. Tim has helped develop a wide range of projects working for XACT.

Tim lives in Lake Mary, Florida with his wife Colleen and the rest of the brood. He still enjoys sailing and being on the water, being former US Navy. Tim and Colleen have been married for 30 years.

  Ellen Stevens
Unity, ME
  Manager, HelpDesk Solutions  
 

Ellen manages the Help Desk Solutions departments out of the Unity, Maine office. Ellen started with XACT in 2000 as an agent in the Unity office, holding a variety of positions before moving into management.

Help Desk Solutions offers specialized customer service to a wide variety of businesses. Utilizing today’s technology we are able to obtain secured access to internal data systems which allows us to provide unlimited customer service for all aspects of our clients customer service needs.

Ellen resides in Unity, ME on the family farm, where she and her Dad breed and raise Percheron draft horses.

  Erin McCarten
Unity, ME
  Senior Analyst  
 

Erin joined the XACT team in 2000. She currently manages the billing department and Accounts Receivable, providing analytical reports and profit analysis to the management team.  Prior to her appointment to Senior Analyst, Erin worked in various capacities in our Unity, ME call center.

Erin holds a bachelors degree from Unity College. She lives in Unity, Maine with her husband, Brian, and their clan of cats. When not working, Erin likes to garden.
