
When it’s time to close out a conversation with a customer, make sure to follow these steps. First, be sure to thank them for reaching out to you. Then check with them if there is anything else you can do for them. If you have a survey that will follow after you’re done with the call, ask if they’d mind taking it. Let them know they can reach out if they ever need anything else and wish them a great rest of their day (or evening).
