
Remember this next time you’re responding to a customer email. There’s a fine line between enough information and too much. Make sure that you’re answering all of your customers’ questions and addressing any concerns. Be detailed enough that you provide any pertinent information so that the customer has a thorough understanding. However, be careful not to make the email too lengthy or it may get ignored. Use bullet points if you have several things to address to break up the text and make it more readable.
