Millennials in the workforce

A Gallup poll predicts that by 2025, millennials will make up the majority (75%) of the workforce. We love millennials because they walk to their own beat, have their own workstyles and revolutionize work culture. The younger workforce values being part of an energized, innovative team and building mentoring (rather than “reporting”) relationships with supervisors.
