Reduce wait times and listen carefully to keep consumers happy

Two things customers really don’t like are being put on hold for too long and having to tell an agent something they already said. In fact, 33% of consumers reported that one of those two things irritated them the most, according to HubSpot Research.

Overall, to have satisfied customers, it’s important to reduce hold times and have trained agents who will listen carefully to what the customer says the first time.
